Survive Programme Terms and Conditions

This agreement is made between CM Business Enterprises Ltd, Michael House, Castle Street, Exeter, Devon, EX4 3LQ who will be referred to as the “Consultant”, and the Client as detailed below.

Terms and Conditions Survive Programme.

1. This agreement will commence on the date of the first payment, and run until 30th June 2020.

2. Payment is required at monthly intervals with the 1st payment required immediately. Payments via credit card only.

3. The Client understands all sales are considered final following first payment.

4. It is the Client’s responsibility to make themselves available to participate the Boardroom Group and Survive Programme. The programme runs until 30th June 2020 as set out in clause 1 of this agreement regardless of how many contributions/ discussions the Client takes part in.

5. Should the rate of VAT change during the course of this agreement then the fees will be changed accordingly.

6. Confidentiality

On the subject of the Client supplying information, business plans and/or copies of any documents during the course of the Consultant’s involvement with the Client, the Consultant hereby confirms as follows:

a) The Consultant will not use the information for any purpose other than in connection with the Consultant’s involvement with the Client and on its behalf.

b) The Consultant shall keep all information secret and confidential. The Company shall not without consent of the Client communicate or allow to be communicated any confidential information to anyone, except as otherwise authorised by the Client.

7. Copyright

The copyright of any materials supplied by the Consultant, is owned by the Consultant. No part of the materials, may be reproduced, transmitted or shared in any form or by any means, electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording, or otherwise, without prior written permission of the Consultant.

8. Submitting payment indicates acceptance of the details, terms, and conditions in this agreement, and provide approval to begin the work as specified.

9. Our business relies on having happy clients who are willing to recommend us to others. We will work very hard to ensure that we meet your business needs and if at the end of our agreement you are satisfied with our work, we kindly ask that you send us a brief note to that effect so that we can share your views with others.

Survive & Thrive Programme Terms and Conditions

Client Profit Maximiser Terms & Conditions

This agreement is made between CM Business Enterprises Ltd, Michael House, Castle Street, Exeter, Devon, EX4 3LQ who will be referred to as the “Consultant”, and the Client as detailed below.

1. This agreement will commence on the date of the one-off skype call, and run for twelve continuous calendar months from that date.

2. If the single payment is chosen the payment is required, in full, within 24 hours of signing this agreement.

3. If the monthly payment option is chosen payment is required at monthly intervals from the signing date with the 1st payment required within 24 hours of signing the agreement. Payments via credit card only.

4. The Client understands all sales are considered final 24 hours after one-off skype call or 24 hours after their 1st Client Profit Maximiser Group meeting, whichever is first. Should a refund be requested on or before 24 hours after the one-off skype call or 24 hours after the Client Profit Maximiser Group the Client shall supply written notice via email of such request to hello@clairemcternan.co.uk, stating detailed reasons for the cancellation.

5. It is the Client’s responsibility to make themselves available to attend the Client Profit Maximiser meetings. The programme runs for a continuous 12 months as set out in clause 1 of this agreement regardless of how many meetings the Client attends.

6. Should the rate of VAT change during the course of this agreement then the fees will be changed accordingly.

7. Money Back Guarantee: A full refund will be given should the Client not increase their revenues to match the level of Fees they paid for the programme by the end of the 12 month programme upon receipt of evidence of the full implementation of the Consultant’s advice to the agreed timelines and the lack of increased revenues.

8. Confidentiality
